Can you spot the problem here. I spotted it as it was leaving the yard so the train was stopped and the wagon was detached to the repair shop.

Yes, it is Cloncurry. A spring has popped in the bogie. There was also one spring misaligned on the other bogie. I presume it happened during loading, and could make the wagon unstable during transit.
